We love music and will be playing some good tunes at the stage.  While we do not ban personal music while running, we do ask that you ensure the volume is at a level where you can hear your surroundings. It is your responsibility to be aware of your surroundings on the course.

There will be healthy recovery snacks, coffee, and water at the Post Race Festivities for participants only, provided by our generous sponsors. Also, please visit our vendor booths for giveaways, health assessments, and valuable information.
