Please bring your kids! The trail will be used in both directions, as well as open to the general public. For safety reasons and smooth flow for all, we ask that those participants with strollers start toward the back of the starting corral and stay to the right on the course.  The left lane must be open for passing at all times.

We like all animals, however due to safety regulations, there are no animals allowed on the course with the exception of service animals.  With large numbers of people running, animals could pose a safety hazard. Let’s keep our pets and human friends safe!

We love music, and do not ban music devices, however, if you do chose to use these, please make sure the volume is at a level where you can hear your surroundings. It is your responsibility to be aware of your surroundings on the course.

There will be healthy recovery snacks, coffee, and water at the Post Race Festivities for participants only, provided by our generous sponsors. Also, please visit our vendor booths for giveaways, health assessments, and valuable information.
See you on Race Day!
