The City of Campbell is located in the West Valley area of Santa Clara County. The City is bounded by the City of Saratoga and Monte Sereno to the west/south west, Town of Los Gatos to the south and San Jose to the north, east and south.
Campbell encompasses 6.35 square miles. The City was founded in 1887, and incorporated in 1952 as a general law city. Campbell operates under a Council-Manager form of government.
