Anne Bybee

Anne Bybee was elected to the Campbell City Council in November 2018.

Prior to her Council election, Anne Bybee already had over 28 years of public service which included serving as Campbell's City Clerk until her retirement on April 30, 2015.

Anne has been awarded “Certified Municipal Clerk” and “Master Municipal Clerk” designations from the International Association of Municipal Clerks. In 2013, Anne was recognized by the Campbell City Council for “2013 Women of Distinction Awards”.

A devoted wife to a retired Campbell Police Agent and mother to two grown daughters who attended Campbell schools, Anne Bybee has been active in the Campbell community. In 2008, she volunteered her time to help the City in its public education efforts on a key sales tax revenue measure which was successfully passed by Campbell voters.
