COVID-19 Information & Upcoming Events

We are closely monitoring industry and government guidance regarding the COVID-19 virus with information supplied by the Centers for Disease Control, California Department of Public Health and the Santa Clara County Department of Public Health. 

Our protocols are based on the most current information available and as we move forward, we will continue to monitor guidelines from the CDC, State and County for the latest public health guidance to update these procedures. 

Patrons, staff and volunteers are requested to stay home if they are feeling ill or if anyone in their household is ill or showing signs of symptoms. 

The Theatre has enhanced air filtration utilizing MERV 13 filters.

Hand sanitizing stations are available for all patrons, staff and volunteers.

Gloves, sanitizing wipes and masks are available to patrons, staff and volunteers upon request. Currently masks are required indoors per the Santa Clara County Department of Public Health order on 8/2/21. Below are the events at the Heritage Theatre that have additional COVID-19 restrictions. Contact information is included in the listing if you have questions or need additional information. Please do not contact the Heritage Theatre with questions regarding the requirements as they are specific to the presenter. 

Sunday, 12/12/21: South Bay Dance Center presents Nutcracker Ballet. Due to the emergence of, and uncertainty associated with the Omicron variant, proof of vaccination or negative tests are now required for all audience members age 12 and over for entry into the performance. Negative tests must be taken within 72 hours of the event. Rapid at-home test results are acceptable- please take a photo of your test result to present upon entry. Friday, 12/17/21 & Saturday, 12/18/21: AOC-CA Ballet presents Winter Wonderland. Requires proof of vaccination or a negative test for entry (within 72 hours of the event). Printed documents or electronic test results from the test provider or laboratory will be accepted. The information should include the person’s name, type of test performed and negative test result.Children under 12 years of age – Exempted children under 12 will not require proof of negative COVID-19 test.Further information on COVID testing for entry to events can be found at the California Department of Public Health’s website https://www.cdph.ca.gov. Saturday, 2/27/22: Peninsula Symphony presents Jon Nakamatsu.  Requires proof of vaccination against the COVID-19 virus.
