This testing site is not designed to test individuals with symptoms of COVID-19. Individuals with symptoms should contact their healthcare provider for evaluation and testing.

*Starting Monday, October 15, please visit https://scl.fulgentgenetics.com/appointment to make a COVID-19 testing appointment at the Orchard City Banquet Hall for Thursday, October 22.  You can schedule from your phone or from a computer using a web browser other than Internet Explorer.  According to County public health officials, once all appointments are filled, the location will no longer appear for scheduling on the website.

Per the County Department of Public Health, people who test at one of these sites should receive their results within 3-7 days. Anyone can be tested: there are no requirements for testing criteria, insurance, or immigration status.
