The City of Campbell is seeking community and corporate sponsorship for its highly successful Summer Concert Series for the upcoming season. These family-oriented concerts draw 1,000 to 1,200 local residents at each concert.

Please join us. Your sponsorship will ensure that the Summer Concert Series continues. Sponsorship will provide your organization with a great opportunity for visibility and recognition as well as the gratitude of the City and the Campbell community.

Series Sponsor - $7,500

Benefits:

• This sponsor will be recognized at every concert by the emcee.
  Sponsor will be listed on all print collateral promoting the Summer Concerts.
• The sponsor’s name will be added to two highly visible Summer Concert banners placed at the gateways to Downtown Campbell. These banners will be hung throughout the summer. The Series Sponsor name would be added to the banner to read: Campbell Summer Concert Series sponsored by XYZ Company.
• Sponsor will be listed on the Summer Concert Page on the City’s Web Site with a link to sponsor’s web site (if desired).
• Sponsor will be listed on concert schedules located at the events.

Individual Concert Sponsor - $375

Benefits:

• Individual Concert Sponsors will be acknowledged at the concert by the emcee during the concert that is sponsored.
• Sponsor has the option to set up a small table and banner on site during the concert that is sponsored. Sponsor has the option to distribute promotional materials at the event. City staff will determine location of table and has final review on appropriateness of materials for distribution.
• Sponsor will be listed on the Summer Concert Page on the City’s Web Site with a link to sponsor’s web site (if desired).
• Sponsor will be listed on concert schedules located at the events.

The City staff has sole authority to turn-down a sponsor if the product is inconsistent with the image of the family-oriented concerts.
