THIS POLICY SETS FORTH RULES GOVERNING THE USE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL’S WEBSITE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. USE OF THE WEBSITE CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT WITH THESE RULES.

The website may be used for any lawful, worthy and ethical purpose, except as limited by these rules. The website must not be used to solicit customers or sell products or services. The City of Campbell's Web site and Web servers are maintained for the exclusive use of the City of Campbell in communicating matters of general public interest via the Internet. Web content is compiled from a variety of sources and is subject to change without notice as a result of updates and corrections.

All branding and trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners.

The City of Campbell retains copyright on all text, graphic images, and other content, unless otherwise noted. No person or entity may do any of the following without written permission from the City of Campbell’s Public Information Officer: (a) modify and/or re-use text, images, or other Web content from a City Web server, (b) distribute the City's Web content, or (c) "mirror" the City's information on a non-City server.

number, credit/debit card information. As part of demonstrating the City of
Campbell's commitment to individual privacy, the City publishes this policy
governing any personal, citizen, and business information supplied to the City via
its Web page. The City's goal in collecting personal information through its Web
site is to provide visitors with the most effective, personalized service possible.
The City will protect online information with the same diligence that it protects
information obtained through all other means.

The City of Campbell may use the personal data provided online to distribute
information about City services and upcoming civic activities. The City will neither
sell nor provide personally identifiable information to any third party for any other

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These rules represent the entire agreement between users and the City and may
not be modified except by express written agreement. This agreement shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
If any provision of these rules shall be declared by a court to be invalid, illegal or
unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable, and the other
provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
