Rich Waterman

Richard Waterman was elected to the Campbell City Council in November 2010. He owns his own CPA tax and accounting practice in Campbell.  He graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering from UCLA and a master's degree in accounting from San Jose State University. Rich served as Vice Mayor in 2013 and is currently serving as Mayor in 2014. 

Mr. Waterman has been a resident of Campbell for fifteen years, has spent the past five years on the board of the Campbell Chamber of Commerce, and has served for four years on the Campbell Parks and Recreation Commission before being elected to the Campbell City Council in November 2010.
